Great watch! Can i ask that you put the ingredients that you use at the
bottom only because you used something there that I am having trouble
hearing? would this be ok? 🙂

Nice recipe!…. how long are you cooking them?….when we cook for
instance pinto beans with ham hocks….the ham hocks are cooked separately
and then added to the beans….but both take several hours, served over
white rice, also cooked separately….are you serving it over rice?

You can get it from any local african food store. It’s brown beans and
called Ẹwa oloyin in Yoruba language. Hope that helps 🙂

for health reasons, i avoid saturated fats like butter and palm oil. i used
vegetable oil or sunflower oil instead of palm oil and it turned out fine.
i cooked some yams and ripe plantains with the beans to give it a little
twist
