Love the idea, however i think ill use egg whites as my binding agent, i
doubt the lemon will work for me. Thanks for sharing!

I have been doing parmesan with bread crumbs in different variations for
years..yes..it works quite well. Especially if your on a lo fat diet.
Boneless skinless chicken breast or pork… brush with mayo or egg
whites..then roll in your mixture and bake..drizzle with some butter
margarine to help crunch the breading a little if you like but it s still
good with out. I would cook with you anytime.. : P

I love parmesan cheese in breadcrumbs. They add flavor and make things a
bit more crunchy! Thanks for watching! 🙂

I like the fresh parmesan cheese mixed in with the bread crumbs, and nice,
no egg wash. Love that aioli. Thanks Diane. Sorry I’m not responding back
sooner, I’m having some issues with my internet signal. Neil

Tilapia is so cheap and common here in the Philippines so my dad buys them
a lot. This is sooo good!! I must try this as soon as my dad buys Tilapia
again 🙂
