Wouldn’t a Bourbon Essence give you a better flavor addition rather than real bourbon? When a restaurant like T.G.I. Friday’s sells meals with Jack Daniels Glaze, I’m highly suspicious that they would actually add an expensive ingredient like straight JD. I bet Jack Daniels sells an essence that is used by chains like T.G.I. Fridays.
