Hence the word “Healthier”, she is suggesting things that a kid is more likely to eat over the other. But I do agree, she needs to consider even HEALTHIER choices.

All these items and suggestions are just another way to push more junk food! Whole grains more than likely are GMO’d. Ham loaded with sodium and sodium nitrites that are known to cause pancreatic cancers. This nutritionist needs to do some research before she misleads more people. Where are the fresh fruits and veggies. Canned peaches – REALLY!!!!!

For lunch, i have a homemade deli sandwich, and inside i put cooked chicken (non seasoned) and add american cheese and lettuce. Then i have either an apple or a cup of cantalope or strawberries, and usually kind of drink like water 🙂

well i dont know about the ham in the lunchables but i knowthe cheese is made from dairy which u need and protein is in it
