    I just did these with sour cream instead of creme fraiche. I am a horrible cook and not even my scrambled eggs come out great but damn these came out perfect. So so good.

    And there are about eighty ballilion recipes for creme fraiche. And if you do that much cooking, it’s one of those ingredients worth prepping a few servings of ahead of time.

    It’s not the same but you can use SC instead. Make sure it’s full fat and be careful not to boil it or it will split.
