    I made these last night and instead of using the regular sized muffin pan, I used a mini muffin pan and they were wonderful little bites of pumpkin heaven. Great recipe! I will definitely be using this recipe again and again. Thanks!

    This is such a wonderful idea! I am going to be trying these tomorrow in preparation for Thanksgiving, as well as putting a small spoonful or apple pie filling in some of the crusts to make mini apple pies and then drizzle caramel on top!!! 🙂
