    Yes I can see cans, only after grrreat efforts to my eyes 🙂 I am a man and can not help looking at the natural tomatoes, specially when camera is nicely focused on them!

    You can use fresh but you have to blanch them and peel them and remove the seeds. Enjoy!

    I’m not sure. Did you use crushed tomatoes? You may have used tomato sauce. I would say try different tomatoes because this is a basic recipe that it pretty foolproof.
