    Actually, colcannon is actually eaten during All Hallow’s Eve…
    An it normally has a doll, a coin, and a ring… All of those things represent something prosperous in your future…

    You have google at your fingertips yet you still wrote that and unfortunately convinced a decent number of people, Colcannon is mashed potato with cabbage or kale and Champ is mashed potato with scallions.

    This is NOT called colcannon down south and it is NOT called champ up north/in britan.
    Champ is just potatoes and spring onion and colcannon is potatoes and kale.
    Colcannon never has spring onion in it and you certainly never blend the cabbage!
