Put your hair up, ditch the frumpy sweater, roll up your sleeves, and
smile! Is it really neccessarily to combine the coconut flour and baking
powder before throwing them into the main bowl for mixing?

You probably could do that. However, carob might be a little more bitter
than cacao, so you might need to add more sweetener. We haven’t tried it,
so we don’t know if it would be the same measurements. If you try it, let
us know how it works!
