Hello Harpal Ji Yesterday I tried your chilli soya recipe along with chilli
panner and corn fried rice and it turned out to be really very nice .
Thanks for such a nice recipe. I am using Thai red chilli sauce which is
sweet because of that the taste is bit different . Can you please suggest
me which red chilli sause , soya sauce and vinegar should i use. Because in
US I can find various types of red chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar.
Thanks and Regards

Hi This dish looks very good but I have lot of reservations making it due
to my previous experiences with soya chunks. Either they come out very hard
or very soft and taste bland. Normally soya chunks are cooked in boiling
water and strained and squeezed. But yours looks so good and in perfect
shape. They don’t look moist. You did not mention any of the preparation
steps I mentioned. How long did you soak in water? precisely tell me the
preparation steps please
