    how about half/half? Milk would probably work, but the sauce would need a lot more reducing, and wouldn’t be nearly as rich.

    nice looking sauce, thanks for the vid, not so keen on the presentation as I prefer a more home style rather than stand everything up restaurant presentation style. obviously that’s very subjective

    What I like to do is chop the chicken into small pieces and cook it together with the mushrooms. It is a great sauce to eat with pasta

    was lookimg for an easy creamy sauce for my fave chicken dish where I use cream of chicken soup. but it has onion powder in. here I can substitute onion for fennel and leave out the garlic then its ibs friendly too x

    I actually love them really cooked down, and brown. The texture is more appealing to me, but it’s a matter of personal preference

    jsut salt and pepper on the chicken. and yes, heavy cream, aka whipping cream
