I did change the recipe and added an annotation saying I used more flour.
Should have done that originally, but forgot. 😉

I used heavy cream. It may be the same as double cream, but you can use
whatever cream you want. If you don’t happen to have cream, just use half
and half or milk. It may not be as creamy, but would work fine. I hope this

Hi Ralph, I am so glad that you like the recipe. I just threw some flour on
the plate, but the recipe does call for 2 Tablespoons. I personally wanted
a little more on my chicken, so I didn’t really measure, but wrote the
recipe exactly as I received it a long time ago. You can play around with
the amount and determine how much you want to use. This is one of my son’s
favorites and he requested it before he went to boot camp a long time ago.
