Oh, that’s great! I’m glad you found the sauce. 🙂 You could use what you had – tamarind, chili sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar mixture! Sounds delicious!!!

YAYYY!! Found a recipe where I have everything but that sauce…? BUT, I do have some tamarind, paste, chilli sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar & soy sauce. Can I make a similar sauce w/that? that would suffice?

There is no dumb questions! I brought it to boil, stir once from bottom to the top, then reduced heat to medium-low, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest another 10 minutes. 🙂
