    Yes, you can use whole wheat pasta, just don’t use gluten free for this cooking method. Make sure you undercook the pasta by a few minutes before adding the sauce & pasta water and stirring again over the heat.

    I bought some farro do you have any suggestions or recipes on it.. I had a salad in a restaurant a while back and it was yummy but i have no idea how to cook it or what to pair it with heeelllllpppppppppp lol:)

    You know, I’ve never tried to make a blended sauce out of kale. If you do try it, be sure and blanch it first like I do the asparagus. Now you’ve got me curious – I’ll have to experiment! Lmk if you try it out!
