    This is lame as hell. First, this guy sounds creepy as Jeffrey Dahmer. Second, you didn’t scoop out any of the potato. Third, you didn’t fry, season or prep the outside of the skin to be crispy (duh), and last, NO SOUR CREAM?

    FAIL all the way you creepy bastard. Try… trying next time. I’d hate to come to your BBQ.

    That was a baked potatoe cut in half with basically whatever you want to put on it. Who are these guys? Their fly fishing videos suck too!

    OKAY my version is to bake the potato first. Let it cool down to room temp so it can be handled or get an oven mitt on and work on it hot. Either way, cut the potato in half then in half again. Scoop out a portion of the potato using a spoon. Brush the entire potato with oil put in oven on 450. Put skins in oven until they begin to brown. When browned top w precooked bacon that has been chopped up & cheese. Put back in oven for 7min tops. Serve with sour cream and chives.
