    You know perfectly well that this has nothing to do with BBQ. Honestly, why don’t you call it “BBQ Sauce” tofu. Or “BBQ Tasting” tofu. Anything but Barbeque (BBQ) tofu. Your very pretty, but be honest.

    This looks great, but im vegan. Have you ever omitted the egg? If so did it still have a similar texture? Im totally a novice in the kitchen but getting better since there are very few vegan convenience foods.
