    Your paneer video was one of the inspirations for this recipe! 🙂 Farmer’s cheese is similar to paneer. I used the cottage cheese to give it some moisture. You could definitely substitute paneer for the farmer’s cheese. Let me know what you end up using and how it turns out. 🙂

    Neat idea of combining Spinach and Arugula. I usually make spinach and artichoke or just spinach and cheese dip and now I am excited to try it with Arugula. wondering if I can just use Paneer instead of cottage cheese. What do you think? By the way I love the fact that your videos are short and too the point.
