    Thanks lady’s for the information. You thai have great food. I am sure that you cut up fresh meat. I wish thai restaurants would use fresh chicken instead of the bleached processed composite stuff with no natural texture. Indian food restaurants use better chicken. Maybe the thai restaurants will upgrade. I will use your recipes. Thanks

    you must use cheese or milk product because the hungry come quickly,
    no chilisss and neverrrr fish sauce is wrong it destoy the body :-)

    I think the video is amazing, the only con is the daughter and her terrible explanations. The mother obviously can do a better job, and she should be the one doing the explaining.

    I’m not the nice Thai mom in the video, but I do know that you can’t steam these rolls due to what the wrapper’s consistancy, (it’ll become do-ey.) These wrappers are meant to be fried. But, if you want to steam them, use a large lettuce leaf instead of the flour wrapper. The lettuce will make the insides taste a bit different from the fried version, but it’s still delicious.
