#Kitchen Hygiene – In clean and hygienic areas, germs will be like fish out of water- they just can’t survive. Do you remember to wipe the surfaces clean with phenyl when you’re done with cooking?

Detergent washing is not recommended for my Iron cookware, just I usually wash it with hot water which makes it non greasy and clean.. I think it depends on the brand of the cookware we are using.. I’m not sure though..

I have a whole set of cast iron skillets, and use them daily. I wash them after every use with a copper mesh scrubber, and Dawn dishwashing soap. Dry them, and spray lightly with olive oil skillet spray, then wipe off excess while spreading, with paper towel before storing. My whole family has and uses Cast Iron cookware for generations. I have NEVER heard of not washing or not scrubbing Ironware until I started reading on internet. ALL my cook ware remain “Seasoned” and practically non-stick !!

Hey, one addition I might mention is a digital Kitchen Timer.I found out this android app called
Kitchenmate Timer. It is very easy to setup multiple timers and there is also a preset function.
Take a look at it at the Google Play store by searching “Kitchenmate Timer”

U r welcome.. About the cleaning of the iron skillet u never use any harsh detergents for cleaning the iron skillet, try to clean them immediatly after every use using hot running water and never use any scrub for cleaning… and then after cleaning them just dry the skillet using any kitchen towel… and u’ll be all set…
