    I have been making Indian food for a long time. I worked with Indian girls in Israel and they gave me recipes and tasted the results and would buy spices for me. There is a big Jewish-Indian community here and they have special shops they go to. Sadly some of the ingredients in the butter chicken recipe are not available here. England has so much lovely stuff. Next time I come I’ll take home all what I can’t get here. So sad.

    Coriander leaves in butter chicken , yakkkkkkkkkk , it is never done any where in the world. I live in delhi and been to restaurants 1000s of times . Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it is never done .
