    This is one of my favorite dishes when I go to Vietnamese restaurants. It’s
    simple, light and full of flavor. I made it myself tonight and it turned
    out good even though I didn’t have all the veggies. I love your quick and
    easy recipes and your voice is soothing. Thank you for doing what you do
