This food would be more healthy if brown rice or barley were substituted
for the brown rice. The chairman of Harvard Med School’s nutrition
department is Prof. Walter Willett. He has written a popular book “Eat,
Drink, and be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School guide to healthy eating.”
It should be read by anyone who eats. Willett is also the most-cited author
in the medical literature on nutrition, and author of the medical school
    textbook “nutritional epidemiology”.

Healthy Option – Add only 1 tsp oil, replace white rice with brown rice,
add some more healthy veggies such as mushrooms, Broccoli, spinach etc.
When you fry cabbage do not use more than 1/2 tsp oil.

is the cauliflower cooked first? Also, it seems like you used a lot of
salt. Not too salty? Lastly, what type of oil is that? I think you could
have used less to make it healthier. Thanks though
