may i suggest for future recipes to try using different flours like coconut
flour or quinoa flour? both of those are very easy to find at any grocery
store. and they give fantastic flavours an so many nutrients. you didnt add
any sugar to this recipe which is great but unfortunatly all purpose flour
isnt any better than sugar. great recipe though! i really want to get some
rubarb. i use dto love rubarb and sugar. but now i wanna try rubarb and
xylatol! which is just as sweet as sugar 🙂

Just an idea – if you’re looking to cut down on sugar, you could try
substituting the brown sugar in the topping with coconut sugar. It has a
much lower glycemic index and less sugars. Similar flavor to brown sugar.

Hey sweetie 🙂 Could I leave out the vegan butter (it doesn’t exist in my
country)? Or maybe replace it with “the fat part” of a can of coconut
milk?, I think that might taste fine?. Also: can rhubarb be frozen,do you
know?

I just made this and it’s SO good. 😀 I bet it would be even better with
some coconut ice cream. <3
