Just grilled up a couple 5pounders along with your red dipping sauce from
the pulled pork vid for a big group of my friends using this method and let
me tell yah…. MMMMMMMM IT WAS GUUUD. Medium rare, so tender and juicy it
was like butter. Thanks guys! much love from sunny California!

Nice video. But an opposing viewpoint: never stuffed the potatoes but if
cooked unstuffed, don’t use foil ; just put the p’s near the coals as you
did. Wipe off ashes with a clean damp cloth before eating. Nice & crisp
outside, tender flakey inside. Lots of people don’t believe it but it
works. This goes for under the grate fireplace potatoes too. I’m salt and
black pepper only type of guy. Never cared for anything more on beef.

they’re just the Vegematics, Food Police, and Health Food Zombies. They sit
behind their computers and try to get attention. We pay them no mind. But
we do enjoy some of their dimwit comments for a good laugh.

I’ve been away for over 20 years, but still have friends in both Lompoc and
SM. All the years living over there I only made to Los Alamos a few times,
all as a kid with my parents. I miss the cool summers, not sure I miss the
    wind in Lompoc though.

I lived in Lompoc from 4th grade thru JC at Allan Hancock College in SM.
    Now in the Central Valley.

Yea the wind really sucks..especially when you work outdoors. Things
around here have changed a lot in 20 years. Still the beaches @ Pismo and
such are still fun to visit. Maybe you’ll get a chance to visit. Take care
    man.
