Saturday night, 10.12.13. Made your Tom Kha recipe for friends. Followed
the recipe down all the way, but made a fish stock, put in fresh lobster,
shrimp, and crab. Wow the coconut flavors, and fresh Asian vegetables, were
a hit. Yes it was a meal. Thank you again. This is # 1 in my book. Thanks
    dude.

Now I know what is the different between stock, and broth. Thank you! I can
not stand buying anything in a can, or box. I love making my own soup, but
did not know how to make a stock. Why would any one by soup in a can, and
I’m not even Jewish. Thank you. loved your recipe. Tom Kha, my favorite.

I would LOVE to make my own Nuoc Bao but I don’t have a clay pot or a back
yard to bury it in! I have had homemade and it is DELICIOUS! Stinky! But
    Delicious!
