@namasayadeny if you go to some Thai restaurants , you can easily find this
dish on their menus and they named it … ” Thai’s fresh spring rolls ” ,
why not call it … ” Vietnamese fresh spring rolls” from its origin ? by
the way , I am half Chinese and half French , I am not Vietnamese

In Vietnam, we also eat it with peanut sauce. In Central Vietnam regions,
they have a special dipping sauce for this dish.

but they called it Tom Yum, no one called it Vietnamese’s Tom Yum just like
many Thai restaurant called Thai’ fresh spring rolls. BTW, Pad Thai in
Vietnam called Pho Xao, and it is origin from Vietnam.

Peanut Sauce is not Thai , I have looked everywhere in Thailand but no one
is using it. When I went to Indonesia everyone is using it.

I love how food travelled from country to country and was adapted to
different versions. I find it interesting that you chose to make the peanut
sauce instead of the sour and spicy sauce that is more common in Thailand.
I think this should add a nice twist to it, more creamy and a bit crunchy.
However, I personally prefer the sour and spicy sauce because I think the
sharpness of the lime tastes good with the herbs inside the rolls, making
the dish feel refreshing. Very good video, by the way 🙂
