    I know what you mean. I have been on a smoothie craze all week. When I make
    something that is good I have it at least 3 or four times. This salad looks
    good, but My stomach does not mix well with cheese so I would omit it.

    That’s all very true, but yogurt isn’t dairy any more, it’s bacteria poop.
    I like to keep it warm longer like 36 hours to get it stronger until you
    can feel the bacteria biting you back. The bacteria grown in yogurt (that
    digests it) is optimal for digestion (other bacteria that prefers & thrives
    on meat heavy diet exudes some toxins that cause health problems in time)
    and the good bacteria builds up a good colony resistance to other bacteria
    & your immune system becomes so strong.

    Yumm, that has to be delicious! I can imagine that with goat cheese, dark
    berries/mango, basil/cilantro, & some water chestnuts & sweet red bell
    pepper or other super tasty pepper for a Ben & Jerry’s version lol. I don’t
    see dairy as a toxin, but it’s hard to digest & it cloggs the system. As a
    flavoring I don’t think it has the density in the system to cause much
    problem for most people. Murdered Milk is horrible by the glass. Cows milk
    is bad (complex) enough, then you make it worse with heat

    I was talking about making yogurt : ) I make it by the gallon. Milk is in a
    clean state in the bottle, I take a little milk out, use some of it, mix
    some with powdered milk & previous batch (from scratch Dannon plain seems
    to work best from store) Put it in insulated bag or something for 36 hours
    w heating pad @ just under 100 Deg F & gallon of yogurt. You have to
    relieve the pressure in a few hours or it’ll pop. You can do smaller scale,
    just pretty much sterilize your stuff.

    Really love dairy but I’m lactose intolerant and I have acne prone skin. I
    found this great organic lactose free yogurt and I was wondering if it was
    safe to eat. Yogurt also provides many nutritional benefits.
