So I usually hear “don’t eat a lot of meats like steak its not good for
you” and yesterday I asked this Asian girl that works at this Chinese
buffet that I go to once a week and asked how she was so skinny. She said
“I don’t eat a lot of chicken. I don’t like it but I eat some once in a
while. I eat a lot of steak, meat. It’s good for your skin! You stay

idk how he did it but im a cook for a living you would lightly flower the
chicken then dunk it in the egg whites shaking off excess then add to bread
crumbs patting them in. (flower is essential for getting the eggs to stick
to the chicken and the eggs are needed to get the bread crumbs to stick
while cooking) just an added tip for extra savings on capillaries bake it
in the oven at 325 to 350 depending on where you live. u will only need to
lightly spray the pan. will still be crunchy

More than likely he used the most common method of breading chicken, where
he coated it in the egg separately and then coated it in the bread crumbs.

Looks good but you never showed how you mixed the egg whites with the
