Sounds good 🙂 If people don’t have self rising flour you can make your own
    by combining 1 cup all-purpose flour,1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and a
pinch of salt for one cup of it. Hope it helps.

I love it. But do you have any recommendations on how to get the noodles in
there too? I’ve always wanted to make it with rice noodles as well.

I’m Guyanese-American and I looove trying new cuisines. My first attempt at
this went greatt! I especially loved the dough, my family loved it! I’ll
try it again sometime, with different meat, I used pork this time, perhaps
I’ll use chicken next. Today I’m trying the pyramid rice dumplings! 😀 Will
let you know how it turns out.

@Jessy Yong Let the steam cool before opening steamer. Then only open
slightly. Let cool, then remove. Good luck. 🙂

You must have forgot to put vinegar in the boiling water when you steam the
buns or you didn’t put enough vinegar in the boiling pot of water. The
vinegar helps make the bun color turn white.
