Idk maybe im just not a rib guy…I like the ones I order at the
restaurants though but I think those are baby backs thanks great vids.

Are the spare ribs the most fatty even through the meat than the baby back
ribs I have a hard time trying to figure out which kind to buy from the
store? I bought some huge spare ribs and they where just slimy and fatty
all the way through I didnt like that. I can understand some people might
though. I like em less fat I guess I should try the smaller ones

You know your ribs are good when you have to cut them with a machete.
