The most apparent problems are nutritional deficiencies, particularly for
vitamins B12 and D, selenium, zinc, iron and two omega-3 fatty acids, DHA
and EPA. Without taking supplements in pill form, it would be very
difficult (and, for B12, impossible) to obtain a sufficient amount of these
    nutrients from raw, plant-based foods.

One of the cool things about being alive today is you can order most of
these ingredients online and have them shipped right to your door.

I’d also assume your assumption is not correct. Try googling, “can if eat
raw if I’m allergic to nuts,” and see what pops up.

By the comments here it seems the non-vegans are annoying and jealous that
some people try to eat healthy, delicious food. It boggles my mind. I don’t
go to cooking you tube videos with meat ingredients and make snide comments
like I see on vegan recipe videos. I only talk about my being vegan if
someone seems interested when I talk about some of the recipes I make for
myself. I will tell them to experiment with some of these recipes to expand
their horizons about tastes and food.

probably at Whole Foods or some similar local store. they’re not THAT hard
to find… people just don’t even look lol. Probably won’t go to Albertsons
or Target something to find it though.

There’s no way you’re fooling anyone into thinking it’s not vegan. Looks
    good, but looks vegan.
