    Thanks! I have made several batches of this using only the Mexican Sour
    Gherkins. My two little plants have taken over the garden and are producing
    tons of little cukes.

    Same as table salt but it does not have iodine or anti-caking agents in it.
    It is also very fine too, so it dissolves quickly when making a brine. You
    can also get prepacked pickling mix that has flavor additives.
