    I had to google this name.. we call it ‘Swede’ in Australia. .NOW I can
    understand what you are creating… You are giving me great ideas for
    lunches as I work from home and tend to just go for the easiest thing in
    the cupboard. These things are so easy that I can prepare it the night
    before and heat it up for lunches… NICE WORK!

    Why are some rutabagas purple and round and some are like the ones you are
