There are various ways to prepare this dish, and one way IS by cooking the
beef first and quickly. There are other ways where people put the
vegetables first. There is no way set in stone. There are as many recipes
for this dish as there are cooks that cook it. Now, that we are passed
that, I can tell you that you should be ashamed of yourself for making a
racist comment like that. If the guy was Asian, you would have never even
    made the comment. Racist.

wow! I’m gonna try this at my outdoor 150 k BTU wok burner:). Too bad he
didn’t reveal their recipe for the sauce.

Really? You do know that what takes longest to cook goes in first, right?
So does that mean that watch?v=lFM0_tWorUw (which is in China) is wrong
too? And you know what you’re talking about and they don’? Be nice to read
up on cooking 101 before you call someone an idiot.

this video is totally wrong. visit any of the chinatowns in NYC (8th ave
brooklyn, downtown manhattan, flushing) and get the real stuff. i’ve never
been to ruby foo’s and after seeing this vid i’m glad. i don’t need to pay
for knock off fake chinese crap.

see the difference between this guy and a azn chef’s food is that there
would be more oil in the azn food and that noodle he dropped in the
beginning would be in there XD

Very cool recipe and sweet technique. I see I need to get a smaller wok
with a long handle for that saute flip. The jet of rice wine steam in place
of soy is great. No sesame oil?

  23. sukiyukieNovember 14, 2013 at 5:40 pmReply

Mostly veggies but not much of the noodles

  24. Robert AlloccaNovember 14, 2013 at 6:12 pmReply
