Hm my ricotta won’t melt. It stays totaly in shape and a little bit cumbly.

I just cannot wait to have my own kitchen. I’m going to put a big screen
and cook all of your recipes everyday while watching you do it at the same
    time 😀

Made this for breakfast with spinach, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese,
provolone cheese, and veggie soy crumbles. So yummy! Thanks for sharing :-)

Laura – can u do an episode about cheeses? The different types, where to
get them and how to store them. For instance Parmesan comes in all shapes
and sizes. Aged or not? What about Mozzarella? It is better to buy blocks
off cheese? I know it can be cheaper if u use it a lot.
