there is a place here in tijuana where they sell hand made tortillas , they
are a little more expensive than regular tortillas , but men they’re worth
every cent just add some queso fresco or some carne asada and you’re good
to go.

They taste much better than the one made with the store brought flour.
Instead of the metate, we have a metal hand cranked flour grinder. We grind
our masa twice with the flour grinder. Now we use an grain grinder from
Kitchenaid. And we trade our corn with other natives. Never buy Monsanto’s
GMO corn stock.

tortilla place and buy them. Good for you that you know how to make it but
you must acknowledge that in big cities is not common to know.
