Actually, Mexico has the highest rate of obesity. Your ignorance is why we
can’t have things. If anything, why are you here? Go watch vegan cooking
recipes.

If you don’t use butter and cream in your mashed potatoes, Heathenandproud,
you are not making mashed potatoes. Melissa did mashed potatoes proud. You
go girl!!!

I like using olive oil instead of butter. It is a different taste, but I
like it 🙂
lonewolffullmoonDecember 1, 2013 at 4:17 pm
nice tip thanks!
thihal123December 1, 2013 at 4:24 pm
@Heathenandproud using olive oil is a good alternative if you like that
flavour.
HeathenandproudDecember 1, 2013 at 5:10 pm
You really need to provide a vegan alternative. You don’t need butter,
margarine works fine. You also don’t need milk or cream as soy, almond,
quinoa milk etc. works just as good. NY Times, please keep note, many of us
are moving away from animal products. You should too.

Have some butter with a little amount of potatoes mixed in, why don’t you?
