    It is…it tends to impress! I think I just used skim which is partially
    why I added cream to it. Frankly you can use any %…I’d say the more fat,
    the faster it will thicken, and the better it will taste!

    Great recipe Danny! Quick question, after you transferred the potatos to
    the square pan you say: “…We’re going to throw in a little “more”
    cream…” Until that point you hadn’t added any cream – ? Did I miss
    something?
