I thought sure you’d have a video on making oven baked French Fries (with white potatoes). Can u make a video on this? Do u boil the taters first to cut down on the baking? Last time I baked french fries, they took about an hour to cook & I’m looking for something faster. :-) Thanky Thanky!!!

i don’t know if the non-crispiness (that you mention) of yours are due to non-deep frying or the large cuts and low cooking time. S-potatoes have more moisture than regular ones. If you’re doing a larger meal start these first and allow yourself time to stir. I’ve put salt on eggplant and let it sit to get the moisture out and would be curious about how that would work with sweet potatoes. anyhoo, my first comment was totes in jest. Perhaps i was triggered by the nutmeg suggestion. gross.

On the first slice you turn the potato and place the flat service on the cutting board… much easier get consistent cuts…. and saves those pretty fingers… Rest is all good… Does not hurt that you look like Scarlett Johanssen’s sister

Well, youllregretit, when you make your own cooking show and it becomes as successful as Hilah’s, you can video demo how you do your sweet potato fries. But in the meantime, how about a little courtesy? Because you sound like a stupid idiot.

baaaah. i like keep the skin on. and you cut them way bigger than i do. i like mine with salt pepper and brown sugar and oil all rolled up then cooked in the oven for a long amount of time. stir them every 15 minutes and wait till they’re crispy. cayenne…bah…vegetarians and their need for spicey spicey stuff.
