I tried this recipe, the chicken was delicious! I didn’t have coconut milk
so I used someone else’s recipe for the PB dip… and it wasn’t good, so I
ended up eating just the chicken part hahha. Have to get some coconut milk
    and try it again!

Satay is from Malaysia! It’s a traditional cuisine over here.

Been a longtime fan of Hilah Cooking, not only because her recipes are
actually decent, but also because of her very sarcastic and dry humor. This
vid is appropriate for our recent summer weather.

Hi! I have a playlist called “Learn to cook” that will probably help you.
I’ve also written a cookbook called “Learn to cook” that starts at the very
beginning, making a grocery list, and goes through to cooking a meal! You
can find it on Amazon. Recipes that freeze well are stews like chili,
lasagne, bean soup, homemade veggie burgers, and burritos. I have versions
of all those on here! PS no boiled eggs in the microwave! 😉
