    N btw nothing wrong wid d Accent (not ascent its accent) n thrz no hair on
    spatula… since he used parmesan cheese it melted n formed a cheese strand

    Vah Chef, I (always) feel that you are using a bit too much oil. In a
    coated pan I think it is not much needed as the risk of buring is low.
    Would be nice if you can clarify
