    Tostadas are made by grabbing a corn tortilla. Put vegetable oil in a pan
    to cover the whole pan and then you fry the tortilla. That’s a tostada

    @GhostOrchid Rick Bayless makes a similar torta breakfast on a roll with
    scrambled eggs. He cooks up the mashed-up beans in a pan with garlic and
    spreads it on a hollowed-out torta or Mexican club roll. Then, he scrambles
    the eggs with salsa and lays that over the beans. He tops it with diced
    avocado.

    @GreatStoneFace We’ve been experimenting with cold opens for the last few
    months. Our analytics showed that engagement was dropping off steeply as
    soon as the title card came up. Always experimenting!
