    hello!!!, where can i find more of this healthy receipe?. i started p90x
    and im in phase 1 level II and im focusing on the portion size, but thats a
    lot of food and i decided to buy Shakeology to reduce my portions. my
    quiestion is, how many portions of protein, vegetables, diary, carbs, etc
    am i eating in 1 portion of shakeology?.

    each scoop of Shakeology, when made properly (mixed with water and whatever
    other ingredients you please) is one full serving. For the full ingredients

    @trnholmes We love Mexican food too! You may want to use low-sodium black
    beans to help keep the sodium low. We also used organic salsa in the video
    (from Costco).
