    Was it only 2 tomatoes and 1 tatashe that gave it the red color? Also I
    thought you have to fry tomatoes till sour taste leaves like 1hr?

    Hi Hannah, You can get it from an african store that sell food ingredients
    like maggi and all that. Simply ask for jollof rice seasoning, hope that
    helps 🙂

    Chicken stock or any other type is purely based on preference. You’ll find
    me saying in most of my videos that you can add ingredients based on your
    preference. I used chicken stock severally in the past but not for this

    By not overpowering the rice with water and allowing it to steam cook on
    medium heat. This will produce outstanding result 🙂
