    Something to try for your next Tandoori Chicken – if your oven/grill has a
    grid, put your chicken on this grid, with its drip tray underneath. Better
    still if you have a “smokeless grill”, as that saves the liquid in the tray
    from spluttering and dirtying up your oven. Use a “Fan Grill” setting,
    setting the chicken about 3-4″ from the element, on 190C, for 25 minutes.
    Gives a good grilling effect.
