    Fast and delicious, warming soup thanks to cumin & cinnamon, along with
    sweet potatoes, carrots and hearty meatballs – use any ground meat you like
    – beef, pork, turkey, chicken, even minced fish or seafood would be
    fantastic. The meatballs are added to the soup at the end to poach – the
    smaller the balls, the faster they cook. Morocco, here we come …

    if you purchase cans of tomato paste, but don’t use the whole can before it
    goes bad, simply scoop out the paste using a small spatula and freeze it.
    Takes up very little freezer space and you can slice off rounds of frozen
    tomato paste as you need and it doesn’t go bad!
