Pilaf is not Mexican… but rice in Mexico its usually exclusively cooked
in the pilaf style… which requires frying the rice before boiling the
rice…. so this recipe is not a pilaf

Im a high raw person. I prefer my rice cooked. I think it looked
delicious!! I want to see you guys tasting the recipes more and giving your
opinions on the recipe. That would be great.

I’ve never tried sprouted wild rice… I’m curious to give it a try. I
don’t eat grains often but when I do I sprout them. I’m not opposed to
eating them cooked, it’s just that I have plenty of time to sprout and I’m
sort of a planner. I work as a massage therapist in a private studio next
door to my home so I have plenty of time for soaking, sprouting, and
playing. I am blessed with a career I love and a good balance of work and
leisure time. I wish the same for all. Blessings.

Yummy! Looks great. I’d say it’s more like a semi-raw spanish rice than a
    pilaf.
