Delicious, I made CD today for my dinner. I used only a little brown sugar
for health reasons, fresh chilli and free range chicken. I’ve subscribed
to your channel and love your recipes. Many thanks.

Hi, thank you so much, the frying pan had little bit water to start with,
there was no oil or garlic/ginger paste used. Thank you Ali

Hi, so sorry my fault not making clear, we use lemon dressing (plj) and use
3 different type of lentils, masoor dal (red) moong dal ( gives a creamy
texture) and chana dal mixing together, we boil in just water without any
seasoning. you can add few bay leafs to give extra flavour. Cheers Ali

You raised a very interesting point, I think its very difficult to judge
real chilli with powder chilli as to how much to put in,and you are spot on
about the taste. thank you

Thanks for your reply Ali. I have another couple of questions for you…
First is it lemon juice or lemon dressing used in this recipe. I think
lemon dressing is a bit more diluted than lemon juice. Also can you confirm
how you precook your lentils? Are they just boiled in water or is seasoning
/ spicing added? Thanks so much for these wonderful videos 🙂
