yes, you can. just make sure you cook the pork well-done and don’t eat it
rare like you can with beef. seafood like scallops, fish, squid, etc works
well, too.

Yeah, fun fact, the US actually wanted to switch to the metric system,
until they realized the ridiculous cost of doing so. Our country is so far
along using the imperial system that changing it would cost untold billions
of dollars. So we get to make do in situations like this. 🙂 For personal
use it’s actually really easy for us to measure things with the metric
system, however. Especially with the internet, conversions are easy.
