    Hi singh, you can make it the same way as shown above by just substituting
    bottle gourd with beetroot.

    Prasadini, instead of khoya one can use milk powder.. If you don’t have
    both then just use milk in this recipe. It still tastes great as we used
    lot of milk and tried to reduce it to give the creamy texture.
